Site Chic Week: Exercise & Nutrition

Today for Wellness Wednesday we bring you some our fave sites for exercise and nutrition. Thanks to technology, getting a fit and fierce bod has never been easier  or more convenient. And when you are a busy mommy it is all about convenience, especially when you have young ones that are with you all day. I have heard many mommies complain they can’t find the time for fitness after having kids, but fortunately this does not have to be the case when there are countless numbers of sites with nutrition tips and fitness exercises. There are even several apps and ways to work out from your phone. In fact,  I have a good (and super fit) mommy friend who told me about Brian Kest Power Yoga, and believe me – if you saw her body after having 6 (yes 6!!) kids than you would be a believer too. Maybe yoga isn’t your thing, but I am sure “your thing” is out there on the web. Or, the very least put a nutrition app on your phone. Your mind, body and soul will thank you! After all, being  mommy chic is being mommy fit. xx

  3. thanks for sharing… I used to suffer from adrenal fatigue then I was advised to start eating healthy, go earthing once a week, work out and do yoga. Yoga helped a lot really 🙂

Philanthropy

Because it is always chic to give.  As moms we are always giving and most of the time it is not even appreciated until our children are much older (let's hope!) So it may seem challenging to give to anyone else, but we should all try no matter how little the amount or the time. Thinking outside of ourselves is good for our hearts and those of our children.
