Plaid Perfection: Little Ladies

Fall is here (although in LA it did not feel like it at all today!) and that means it is time to break out the plaid. For me this doesn’t mean just any plaid (i.e. – an old ugly flannel), but a chic frock that exudes style while still making you feel warm and cozy… and the same goes for the little ladies in our lives. So today I am sharing with you my plaid picks for baby girls up to big girls. As always you will find something for every budget and occasion.

On another note, I appreciate everyone for being patient and enduring the light posting plus technical hiccups as the site transitions to a 501 3(c) charity that will be all about “sharing and shopping for a cause”. While I and my new partner have been hard at work on this change it has been difficult to keep up withe regular posting. However, I promise once the “re-launch” happens the site will be better than ever. Plus every click and purchase will go towards helping women and children!! It was a change that needed to happen. This site was never about making a lot of money or making a name for myself as a blogger. I never thought of myself as a traditional “fashion blogger” and taking a lot of pictures of myself was just not for me. However, doing it sometimes and doing it for something greater than self serving purposes is something I can get behind. So while I will continue to share fashion finds (the stylist & designer in me loves this part!) and occasionally photos of me alone or with kiddos this site will be evolving into so much more… and I am so excited about it!!

I truly believe in two cliche quotes “follow your heart” and “do what you love and you will never work a day in your life” so that is what I am doing! And as long as I am on the cliche quote thing, “life is a journey” and it is time for me to take the next step in mine. I know you all are on your journey. What is it that you want to do? Don’t give up! Nothing comes easy, but the greatest rewards in life never do… just look at your little love(s). Was it easy to bring that angel into this world?!? If for some odd reason you are saying “yes”, well don’t talk to me;) (kidding!).  Stay tuned for some special things to come and as always we want to feature amazing mamas like you so never hesitate to reach out to us!! xx Jess

Because it is always chic to give.  As moms we are always giving and most of the time it is not even appreciated until our children are much older (let's hope!) So it may seem challenging to give to anyone else, but we should all try no matter how little the amount or the time. Thinking outside of ourselves is good for our hearts and those of our children.
