Fit Chic: My “Baby Running” Style

As I have talked about before I love to run and I even love to run with my babies and/or kiddos… As long as they are not crying. ;). When it comes to running just like almost everything else in mom life it is all about comfort and practicality.

The BOB stroller is a staple for me in both single and double. I have car seat adapters for both and the console is a must have. These strollers sit in my garage ready to go… complete with diapers, wipes & lollipops (for the older ones) ready at any time.

I also must be comfortable in my clothes. A few recent purchases were these fabulous pants and tank from Nordstrom. I love them both! They are soft comfy and a little bit different from my usual Lululemon outfits (that I still love). What I like is that they are durable for exercise (I even did spin in them), but they are also cute enough to wear to a soccer game or to grab coffee with friends.

As for shoes Nike makes the cutest, but I have been running in Asics for years and they are best for my feet/legs/shins. Recently they got a little cuter by looking more streamlined and less chunky… Thank goodness!

Lastly, finish off your “baby running” look with a hat. I always wear that and sunglasses because who wants extra wrinkles and sun spots?? Exactly… the answer is no one.

So happy running (or walking) friends! Don’t forget good music is also an essential!! xx

Because it is always chic to give.  As moms we are always giving and most of the time it is not even appreciated until our children are much older (let's hope!) So it may seem challenging to give to anyone else, but we should all try no matter how little the amount or the time. Thinking outside of ourselves is good for our hearts and those of our children.
