Red Hot: Look Good, Feel Good (Naked)

With Valentine’s Day right around the corner, we all want to look our best. Well, thanks to our fitness contributor, Cortney, shares two quick workout videos that you can easily do at the comfort of your home. So, squeeze in mini workouts before you slip into something (or not) for a romantic night and you’ll definitely look good and feel good. xx

candice-swanepoel-victorias-secret-underwear-pictures01 What’s better than a 15-minute workout to help mommy look hot in Valentine’s Day lingerie?   Not much besides comfy sweats, chocolate ice cream and a Real Housewives Marathon…but I digress.

You’re only as sexy as you feel.   Confidence is key to a little romance.  So load the kiddos up and chocolate and tuck them nicely into bed to rest off their sugar comas.  Or better yet, get CRAZY and get a sitter!  Now it’s time for some quality time with your hubby.

So, I found both of these quick and easy workouts at POPSUGAR.  I really love utilizing the Internet when I am working out at home.  It not only holds me accountable, but I can also see a demonstration of proper technique as well.  These “get-toned-all-over workouts” are perfect to do before your romantic night. They’ll tighten up your booty, arms, core and legs.  Not to mention, boost your self-esteem… Now, that’s sexy!

The first video is from CorePower Yoga.  All you’ll need is your yoga mat and some light 3-5 lbs weights:

The second option is a 10-minute look good naked workout:

Because it is always chic to give.  As moms we are always giving and most of the time it is not even appreciated until our children are much older (let's hope!) So it may seem challenging to give to anyone else, but we should all try no matter how little the amount or the time. Thinking outside of ourselves is good for our hearts and those of our children.
