Hello 2015: Planning to Eat Healthy

Ask any health expert and they will tell you that planning out your meals is a big part of eating healthy. Now add in a few other mouths and this takes even more planning. Fortunately, Mommy Chic chef Tiffany Jaeger has a quick and easy way to help us kick start healthy home cooking in the New Year! She even included a delicious recipe of Asian Roasted Salmon with Asian Citrus Kale Quinoa Salad to get us started. Yum! She makes eating healthy inviting and easy… something we all need in our lives. Thanks, Tiff! xx

New Years resolutions…

I encourage you mommies to start to meal plan. Take 10 min on a Saturday or Sunday night and set your meals & grocery list for the week. My Weekly Meal Planning Chalkboard has helped me weekly plan my meals and make grocery shopping easy. @theorganichome made me this one.

My goal is to make something new that I have not made before, 1-2x a month.

Because it is always chic to give.  As moms we are always giving and most of the time it is not even appreciated until our children are much older (let's hope!) So it may seem challenging to give to anyone else, but we should all try no matter how little the amount or the time. Thinking outside of ourselves is good for our hearts and those of our children.
