Here is a cute heart shape cookie that you can make with your kids or for someone this weekend for Valentines Day. My daughter gave me two thumps up and said it was the best cookie she ever has had, so I had to share! One of my daughters friend has Celiac Disease, and I never want her to feel left out of the the childhood treats for holidays or birthday parties. So I try my best to perfect my treats, so they not only taste great but my daughter’s little friend can join in the fun when she is there. But there are a lot of gluten free treats out there that either taste like cardboard or fall apart and crumble. This time I believe I have nailed down the recipe and my kids loved them (which is always a good indicator) and hope you do too! xo Tiff
