This recipe was inspired by my good friend that blessed me with a meal when I was recovering from foot surgery. It was so mouth watering, I have to make it weekly now. I tweaked her recipe a bit for the sake of our family eating the entire meal (well for the kids, at least all the kids eat the salmon and one part of the veggies, which is a win in my book). You will also want to cook this salmon weekly now too. xo, Tiff
