Sweaty Betty Comes to Santa Monica

Sweaty Betty a fitness retailer out of the U.K. with the goal of “empowering women in fitness” that recently made its way to the U.S. With 5 (soon 6) stores in the East Coast, the Santa Monica location is the second store in the Los Angeles area (the first is on Abbott Kinney in Venice).

I got to know Sweaty Betty through my local yoga classes at Maha where they generously hosted a class and shared with us the uber cool line. I quickly found the brand to be unique in both design and variety (they even have ski clothes). I also love that many of their items can double as comfy chic clothes to wear around town. I am very excited to have them in the neighborhood! However, for those of you that don’t (yet!!) have a store near you there is an online store. Here are just a few of the items I am loving! And welcome to SAMO Sweaty Betty, you have found an amazing fitness community…. And a lot of sunshine. 🙂 xx

Philanthropy

Because it is always chic to give.  As moms we are always giving and most of the time it is not even appreciated until our children are much older (let's hope!) So it may seem challenging to give to anyone else, but we should all try no matter how little the amount or the time. Thinking outside of ourselves is good for our hearts and those of our children.
