Burrr… once the temperature drops it’s hard to motivate for a workout. Especially when you have to bundle up little ones, pile on blankets in the stroller and even battle the wind. Kids require a lot of stuff. So why not find some ways to keep working out indoors?
If you haven’t already joined a local gym, it’s time to find one with DAY CARE! Lots of the major chain gyms have highly qualified caregivers with background checks and training. They are safe and clean environments that are the perfect place for your kids to play while you sweat. Gyms also offer a wide variety for group fitness classes, such as cardio bumping treadmill, spin, kickboxing, Zumba and more. Try something new with a boot camp style class, body pump and weight lifting. The group environment will hold you accountable and up the fun factor!
If you live somewhere where it snows or rains a lot, just leaving the house can seem like a chore. Here’s where the DVD player can be your best friend. The Internet is a fantastic resource to find workout DVD’s that suit your type and level of fitness. Anything from Pilates style workouts, yoga, P90X, PiYo and circuit training can be found.

With a few simple and inexpensive tools, they can talk you through an hour-long workout designed specifically for you. The best part is they are watching you through the entire workout – offering encouragement, form correction and an awesome booty! Search on Goggle: Skype Virtual Training for some good options.
