It is fall, even though it feels anything but that here in Souther Cal, but according to calendar it is. One of the best parts of fall is hearty comfort food. One favorite of ours (and likely yours too) is chili. However, depending on the prep it can be bad for you, but not always. Chili can taste good and be good for you as we learned from our mommy chic chef Tiffany Jaeger. In fact this looks so good that I just may turn up the A/C this weekend and fire up some chili. xx
Tiffany is a mommy chef of 3 littles ones (4, 2, & 1) and resides in Santa Barbara, California.
