Wanderlust Wednesday: Cabo with My Girls

I am calling today Wanderlust Wednesday in honor of today’s post highlighting my recent girl’s trip to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. Since high school I have been blessed by the friendships of these amazing women. And although I don’t get to see most of them regularly, when we come together it is like no time has passed. Even though we may look a bit (just a bit!) older and the majority of us have a few kids we still know how to re-live our high school and college years for just a few nights. Granted, we are more responsible about it and one late night out dancing was all we needed, but we still know how to have fun… and laugh and laugh and laugh. It was so nice to have some girl time. I missed my littles and hubby but I came back a renewed (a little tired) woman.

And this may have been our first official girl’s trip to Cabo, but we all decided it should be a yearly thing. Life is busy, but I sincerely hope we can stick to that as I already can’t wait for next year!! Thanks, ladies for being such lights in my life!! xx Jess

Philanthropy

Because it is always chic to give.  As moms we are always giving and most of the time it is not even appreciated until our children are much older (let's hope!) So it may seem challenging to give to anyone else, but we should all try no matter how little the amount or the time. Thinking outside of ourselves is good for our hearts and those of our children.
