Spring Trend Guide: How to Wear a Maxi Day or Night

When I came across this Anthro maxi skirt I fell in love. It strikes the perfect balance of romance and sophistication. It is also quite versatile as you can see below. It can be styled for a casual brunch with friends, chic night out with the mister or a for one of the many weddings/showers you have coming up.

Now the only problem I have is that I am pregnant so alas this skirt will not be mine:(.  I did, however, find a nice alternative in this Forever 21 version. It is also less expensive which may appeal to my budget conscious readers or other pregnant mamas that share my sentiment of not wanting to spend a lot on maternity clothing. And if neither of these are quite your cup of tea there are even more options to be found in “Shop Our Other Faves”.

Bottom line… we are in love with anything white & lacy right now and this is especially true of the white lace maxi. As always I love to see photos of any of you in MCbJ inspired looks to please tag @mommychicbyjessica or email me a photo at info@mommychicbyjessica.com. By doing so you give us permission to feature FABULOUS YOU!! xx

Because it is always chic to give.  As moms we are always giving and most of the time it is not even appreciated until our children are much older (let's hope!) So it may seem challenging to give to anyone else, but we should all try no matter how little the amount or the time. Thinking outside of ourselves is good for our hearts and those of our children.
