Gratitude Chic with Tiffany Jaeger

thankful

Today we begin our week of gratitude, and we kick it off with our queen of the kitchen, mommy chic chef, Tiffany Jaeger. She shares with us the joys in her life, while helping us to remember ours. Plus, check out her holiday recipes that are as always incredibly delicious, but still healthy. Trés feast chic! xx

I praise the Lord for each breath he gives us each day. Every day is a blessing I get to spend at home with my 3 little ones and have a husband that works hard for us, and loves us so much. Life is going by too quick, I want to slow down each day. I am thankful for the health of our children thus far, only He knows what each day will bring. Though some days are harder than others, and some days go smoother than yesterday did, I praise Him above that I get to have those days with them all, rather than not have them at all. In each day, I find joy not only in Him, but in community, good food and being healthy. Good food makes me happy, and being happy makes me a better mom and wife. Thank you, Jess, for letting me share my recipes with you. I am grateful!

This year we choose to stay home and just have Thanksgiving the 5 of us. So we will be having a little non-traditional Thanksgiving meal. I am still going to incorporate the traditional foods, but in a different way.

This is what I’ll be cooking for Thanksgiving….

with love,

Tiffany

Because it is always chic to give.  As moms we are always giving and most of the time it is not even appreciated until our children are much older (let's hope!) So it may seem challenging to give to anyone else, but we should all try no matter how little the amount or the time. Thinking outside of ourselves is good for our hearts and those of our children.
