Fave Five Friday: Seeing Stripes

Stripes (in my opinion) will always be eternally chic. In fact if I had to choose one pattern to live with for the rest of my life it would undoubtedly be stripes. And the obsession in my wardrobe doesn’t end there they now pop up frequently for my kiddos as well which often makes for intentional matching moment like the one seen here when we met daddy for lunch in BH. In this photo I am wearing a striped t-shirtdress from the new Jessica Johnson line for Shop MCbJ. It is one of my new favorite items and while I am obviously a little biased I am pretty sure you will find it a must have as well. Unfortunately it is not available yet online, but I will have it at my LA and Newport Beach trunk shows in May. However, if you can wait (and I don’t blame since patience has never been my thing) here are some other fabulous options and quite a few of them are incredible style steals!!

Happy weekend to you all!! Mine is being spent in the gorgeous city of Punta Mita in celebration of my hubby’s birthday. It is the first time since the baby that we have taken a trip just the two of us… It’s weird… We have nothing to talk about… Hahaha kidding!! We actually get to finish all of our conversations (even if the majority of them are about our four kiddos:)) and there is nothing greater than getting to sleep in!! Not even mango margaritas with chips & guacamole and for me that is saying something… And that something might be “I am sleep deprived”😜. Ahhh mom life, but truly it is the best life, right mamas?? xx Jess

Because it is always chic to give.  As moms we are always giving and most of the time it is not even appreciated until our children are much older (let's hope!) So it may seem challenging to give to anyone else, but we should all try no matter how little the amount or the time. Thinking outside of ourselves is good for our hearts and those of our children.
