Essentially Autumn: Saturday Style with Baby Chic

elle3
Seeing as this week was filled with looks of plaid perfection, my baby chic couldn’t help but getting in on the action. Ok, ok who are we kidding… mom couldn’t wait to play dress up! And when I spotted this darling dress by Gap her look just came together. Paired with Zara boots, black Nordstrom’s tights and a fun new head band accessory, I knew I had a winning autumn/winter look.

One might say I spend a little too much time (and money!) dressing my little doll, but I just can’t help myself! Truly it is in my DNA. Dressing my Isabelle reminds me of my American Girl Samantha doll whom I obsessed over her darling outfits, but sooo much better…obviously! Although at times I wish she would sit still like Samantha.

So today’s Saturday Style is dedicated to all you ladies out there that have a darling bébé fille in your life. Whether it is a daughter, granddaughter, niece or goddaughter playing dressing up is irrésistible. xx

Philanthropy

Because it is always chic to give.  As moms we are always giving and most of the time it is not even appreciated until our children are much older (let's hope!) So it may seem challenging to give to anyone else, but we should all try no matter how little the amount or the time. Thinking outside of ourselves is good for our hearts and those of our children.
