We have all heard “you are what you eat,” and while we many not think about this when we shove a Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup in our mouths, it actually happens to be true. By putting the right food in your body, combined with enough water, your skin will be glowing, your brain firing and your organs pumping. Essentially, you will be beautiful inside and out… anyone noticing a theme there??
