Winter Sales! : J’adore

We have officially entered the “dog days of winter” and while I am not actually sure if this is a true term it still seems applicable. I personally have only heard it used in reference to summer and most recently as the title of one of my son’s my favorite, Diary of a Wimpy Kid. Which, on a side note, both of my boys love and I actually enjoy reading it out loud to them. It’s funny! And I have even perfected my character “voices”(right, hubby??).

Now what does this possibly made up term actually mean? When I say, “dog days of winter,” I mean that time in winter when the days feel long and cold and we long for spring. Okay, who am I kidding? I live in Los Angeles but I am imagining that is how it feels for my family in Chicago and in other FREEZING places. Plus, we really have had some chilly days here by Cali standards, but I am NOT complaining!

I am also not complaining about all the AMAZING winter sales going on! Any and every retail has some of their most fab winter season items on sale right now. Why? Because they are making way for spring and summer clothes. However, it is still winter and will be for a couple more months. So don’t hesitate to snap up some of the amazing deals!

Today, we bring you this mommy & budget-friendly look with oozes of style at sale prices that can’t be beat! So shop on mommies, and make these “dog days” a little more fun! xx

Because it is always chic to give.  As moms we are always giving and most of the time it is not even appreciated until our children are much older (let's hope!) So it may seem challenging to give to anyone else, but we should all try no matter how little the amount or the time. Thinking outside of ourselves is good for our hearts and those of our children.
