Wedding Season Chic: J’adore

It’s that time of year again where your calendar starts to fill up with weddings and showers galore. We know you want to look your chic-est to impress the other women in attendance (let’s be honest… we mainly dress up for each other), but you don’t always want to pay a fortune. Especially when you have school and sports and camps and diapers and … Well, I could go on and on…kids sure are expensive aren’t they??

Point being we can’t spend the school tuition on a new dress for every special event. And lucky for you, it totally isn’t necessary. I mean, check out this gorgeous dress the whole MCbJ team is obsessing over.

Not to mention, as a stylist, I believe it is often even more cool to wear a dress that looks couture, but isn’t. It’s easy to look good when you can buy any dress off the runway (or at least it should be), but it takes real style taste to pull off a sophisticated look on a budget.

So if I were you, I would swoop up at least a couple of the pieces here.  Trust us, you will be happy you did.

Just wait for the compliments to start rolling in and then shock your friends when you tell them the price… Or don’t.  🙂 Either way, you are wedding chic and your child can still go to that camp he is dyyyying to attend. xx

Because it is always chic to give.  As moms we are always giving and most of the time it is not even appreciated until our children are much older (let's hope!) So it may seem challenging to give to anyone else, but we should all try no matter how little the amount or the time. Thinking outside of ourselves is good for our hearts and those of our children.
