Baby Chic: 3-6 months Essentials

It is hard for me to believe that my little (big baby) Amalia is over 3 months old now. I already miss those precious first moments of finally meeting my angel face to face. Upon birth I become infatuated and in a state of pure baby bliss where my sleepless nights are fueled by excitement and adrenaline… but that doesn’t last forever.

Right now I am of course still infatuated, but the adrenaline has worn off and I am tired. My little angel is not the greatest night sleeper come 1 or 2am where she is fussy for a few hours. Thus I am spending some of my nights (and mornings) feeling as though I am an egg shell about to crack. I am waking up exhausted and thankful for my morning latte.

Much of Amalia’s new anxious sleeplessness has to do with the fact she has begun teething. And as you can see from today’s essentials list I have enlisted a few helpers. However, getting teeth is not the only milestone happening as my little love is anxious to play and explore. So here I am sharing with you the items helping me combat teething and boredom. Thank goodness these exist!

Hope you all enjoyed a wonderful weekend… Monday please be kind to us. 🙂 xx

Philanthropy

Because it is always chic to give.  As moms we are always giving and most of the time it is not even appreciated until our children are much older (let's hope!) So it may seem challenging to give to anyone else, but we should all try no matter how little the amount or the time. Thinking outside of ourselves is good for our hearts and those of our children.
