Foodie Friday: Chicken Quinoa Chili

It is fall, even though it feels anything but that here in Souther Cal, but according to calendar it is. One of the best parts of fall is hearty comfort food. One favorite of ours (and likely yours too) is chili. However, depending on the prep it can be bad for you, but not always. Chili can taste good and be good for you as we learned from our mommy chic chef Tiffany Jaeger. In fact this looks so good that I just may turn up the A/C this weekend and fire up some chili. xx  fri-foodie

Because it is always chic to give.  As moms we are always giving and most of the time it is not even appreciated until our children are much older (let's hope!) So it may seem challenging to give to anyone else, but we should all try no matter how little the amount or the time. Thinking outside of ourselves is good for our hearts and those of our children.
